London Wulfe

Construction Superintendent · Concrete Project Manager · Estimator

Thirty years of pouring, planning, and leading — from laborer on a Miami union crew to running high-rise concrete decks and multi-million-dollar estimates. Built the same way I want every slab to cure: with hope, strength, and integrity.

My Story

Built the way every good pour is built.

I started in the trade in 1993 with a bull float in my hands and no shortcuts in front of me. Three decades later I have run concrete crews of thirty-plus on high-rises in Miami, directed field operations as a General Superintendent, and built estimates that win roughly one out of every four bids I chase — because they are built from crew data, not guesses.

The through-line is simple: hope that the next pour is better than the last, strength to lead people through hard days, and integrity to do the work right whether or not anyone is watching.

AI in Concrete

The next tower crane is software.

AI is entering concrete the way ready-mix trucks and tower cranes once did. But it only works when it is built on real field data — not guesswork.

  • AI-assisted takeoffs, cost analysis, and schedule recovery
  • Computer-vision QC for slump, finish, and defect detection
  • Drone / LiDAR progress tracking and digital twins
  • AI-optimized low-carbon mix design
